If you have Windows 7 or 8 on your PC and you cannot install or play a game from nosTEAM follow this steps :
1). Download this archive and extract file anywhere on your PC :
Download here: http://bc.vc/loznwU or http://j.gs/4fNB
2). Run extracted file and add information to registry
3). Go to game folder or installation folder ,Right click to that folder ,"Grant Admin Full Control" ,wait until is done ,install game or play game.
With this method you take Administrator Rights for that folder and all included files.

To make your PC run Arkham Knight at 60 75 120 FPS you have to modify a file . Go to D:\Games\Batman Arkham Knight\BMGame\Config ( this is where i have installed the game ) and open BmSystemSettings. Search for MaxFPS=30.0000 and replace with MaxFPS=60.0000 ( or what amout you want to run ) .
You can Enable / Disable some options that you don't have in the Graphics Settings for better performance .
Search for:
bAllowD3D9MSAA=False and replace with bAllowD3D9MSAA=True ( you can use MSAA with D3D9 )
TextureResolution=1 replace with TextureResolution=2 ( The textures go from normal to high but sometimes it goes to normal and then to high . You can give it a try cause it is only Low and Normal )
Set Shadow on Low . Nobody gives a penny about shadows . You framerate will be higher .
Search for AllowOpenGL=False and replace with AllowOpenGL=True ( Better framerate )
I have got more fps with this modifications . It helped me .
This is my system : FX 8350 , R9 270x 2gb GDRR5 256 Bits , 8 Gb Ram 1600 Mhz . The game stays in 40-60 FPS but in some places it stays in 30 . I hope there will be some patches that will improve performance . Hope i helped you .
@flashhac : You have to change the resolution , textures , shadow and high details to low or high . Try this . For me it worked . I had green , red , black lines on my LCD .
